If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund or exchange (less shipping charges). All returns are sent at the expense of the buyer. All returned products must be in their original unused condition. Any scratched, altered, blemished or broken items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment. Before returning your order please contact Customer Service and request a Return Authorization Code for your order number. You will then be sent a Return Form via email with the correct return address. Please fill it out completely and write your Return Authorization Code on the form. Send your item(s) with any and all tags attached, original packing materials and return form to us by an insured courier (UPS or USPS) and retain the tracking number for your records. BellaMink is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
